Protection of personal data

1. Global RTS Ltd. guarantees to its Users/clients the confidentiality of the provided information and personal data. The latter will not be used, provided or brought to the knowledge of third parties except in the cases and under the conditions specified in these Privacy Terms. Global RTS Ltd. protects the personal data of the user/client, which became known to him when filling out the electronic form for making an inquiry application, and this obligation is waived in the event that the Client has provided incorrect data. In compliance with current legislation and the clauses of these Privacy Terms, Global RTS Ltd. may use the Client's personal data solely and exclusively for the purposes provided for in the contract. Any other purposes for which the data is used will be in accordance with Bulgarian legislation, applicable international acts, Internet ethics, rules of morality and good manners.

2. Global RTS OOD undertakes not to disclose any personal data about the Customer to third parties - government bodies, commercial companies, individuals and others, except in cases where it has received the express written consent of the Customer, the information is requested by government bodies or officials persons who, according to the current legislation, are authorized to request and collect such information. Global RTS Ltd. is obliged to provide the information under the law.
