1. Since when have you been part of Global RTS and what made you stay?
I joined the company in 2020. From the very beginning, I was eager to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, so I immersed myself in different aspects of the operations. I spent time both in the office and on-site, which allowed me to fully grasp the workflows and the practical side of the work.
In 2021, I took on the role of Facility Manager at Camp NSTA Bulgaria—a key milestone in my professional development. Following this project, I became involved in a number of international assignments across Europe and beyond, each contributing valuable experience and broadening my perspective.
What motivated me to stay are several factors, but most importantly the trust I was given and the professional environment within the company. Equally important are the opportunities for growth, the freedom to take initiative, and the continuous learning that comes with working in such a dynamic field.
2. Which project or moment over the years will you never forget and why?
Over the years, I have been involved in numerous projects of varying scale and complexity. Each one brought its own challenges and learning opportunities, often requiring adaptability and quick decision-making.
However, one project stands out in particular—Lithuania 2021. This project involved the construction of a concertina fence along the Lithuania–Belarus border. It was characterized by many unknown factors and required a high level of organization, resilience, and teamwork.
It was during this time that the motto “Where others stop, we continue” truly came to life. The project was both a significant challenge and a highly valuable experience that contributed greatly to my professional and personal growth.
3. What does “stability” mean to you in our work, and why can clients rely on us?
To me, stability is the result of a combination of key factors—professionalism, consistency, responsibility, experience, and a strong, well-coordinated team. It is built over time through successfully delivered projects, honoring commitments, and maintaining high standards of quality.
Clients can trust us because from the very first interaction, we establish a relationship based on transparency, respect, and mutual understanding. We approach every project with dedication and attention to detail, always aiming not just to meet expectations, but to exceed them.
Over the years, we have proven ourselves as a reliable partner, delivering quality results, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. This is what builds long-term trust and sustainable partnerships.
