20 Years of Global RTS: Borislav Bogoslovov
This year, Global RTS celebrates its 20th anniversary. These two decades are the result of the dedication, professionalism, and teamwork of everyone who has been part of our journey. We're proud of your work and we thank you!
1. Since when have you been part of Global RTS and what made you stay?
It has now been 15 wonderful years. The question of whether to stay or leave has never stood before me. I start each day with even greater motivation than the one before and strive to be as effective as possible. For me, this is not just a workplace. Global RTS is a cause that was born within me and continues to inspire me.
2. Which project or moment over the years will you never forget and why?
Turkey, 2023.
This was not just a project. Human lives were at stake — people left without families, without food, without shelter. Stories I still remember to this day whenever I close my eyes. With some of the guys we worked alongside there, we have remained friends ever since.
3. What does “stability” mean to you in our work, and why can clients rely on us?
Stability, to me, means believing every day in what you do and being confident that you will succeed. Our clients can rely on us. We have proven that we can perform under any conditions and within any timeframe, no matter how short.
