20 Years of Global RTS - Elena Shkortova
This year, Global RTS celebrates its 20th anniversary. These two decades are the result of the dedication, professionalism, and teamwork of everyone who has been part of our journey. We're proud of your work and we thank you!
How long have you been part of Global RTS and what made you stay?
Since 2019. What I value most are the people. It’s rare to find a team like this.
Which project or moment over the years will you never forget, and why?
Every project brings something valuable, but even as an indirect participant, the most emotional moment for me was when our colleagues from Turkey sent a video of the children in the camps in Antakya and Iskenderun. I cried. The project in Latvia was a whole life lesson. We went through many challenges in an area where we only had partial knowledge. If I had to go through the same difficulties again, I would do it without hesitation.
What does “stability” mean to you in our work, and why can clients rely on us?
Stability comes from knowing you can rely on your colleagues, and they can rely on you. Clients can trust us because we are one team — one for all, all for one.
