20 Years of Global RTS: Stefan Dimitrov

This year, Global RTS celebrates its 20th anniversary. These two decades are the result of the dedication, professionalism, and teamwork of everyone who has been part of our journey. We're proud of your work and we thank you!

1. When did you become part of Global RTS and what made you stay?
I have been part of the Global RTS team for ten years. What initially attracted me was the professionalism of the team and the clear vision for development. What made me stay is the sense of stability, integrity, and mutual respect. Here, a person has the opportunity to grow every day and to constantly prove themselves.

2. Which project or moment over the years will you never forget, and why?
There are many projects I remember. One of the most memorable was the project in Georgia in 2016, which was my first as a Project Manager, working in close collaboration with a local team. Since then, there have been many others of different scale and significance across Bulgaria, Europe, and beyond.
There have been many memorable moments, but one project remains particularly vivid in my mind. It was the mission following the devastating earthquakes in Turkey in 2023. We worked relentlessly in a dynamic environment and under extremely tight deadlines. It was a challenge that required complete dedication and coordination from the entire team.
The gratitude in the eyes of people who had been left without food, without loved ones, and without a home was the greatest sense of fulfillment I have ever experienced. In that moment, I realized that we are not only professionals in our work, but also human beings. That is our team.

3. What does “stability” mean in our work to you, and why can clients rely on us?
Stability is the result of consistency, responsibility, and dedication. That is exactly what sets us apart. We work with clear processes, transparent communication, and accountability for every detail. We think not only about today’s task, but also about tomorrow’s result. Stability is a promise that we keep.
